An extremely reliable, highly efficient intelligent 160 Watt Switch-Mode Power Source - for ActiveLED® Lighting Fixtures
The 160 Watt ActiveLED® Power Source / Driver has been specifically designed to power higher voltage LEDs with input voltages starting at 56V up to 110V for ActiveLED® and other DC LED Lighting fixtures. The ActiveLED Power Source can drive one LED or led strings within this voltage range up to a combined maximum of 160 Watt on its one channel.
The ActiveLED® 160 Watt Power Source supports ActiveLED LightSpace Management® for intelligent control and management of light output and power consumption of attached low-voltage LED light fixtures. The ActiveLED power source also supports an optional Emergency Battery Backup Unit (BBU) for powering an Emergency LED Light fixture
By deploying the optional dimmers, sensors and interconnection of ActiveLED light fixtures, additional energy savings can be achieved by managing the light output and on/off times to meet user occupancy, task and safety needs.
When used with LSM2-DMX dimming device the power supply will follow DMX512 dimming instructions while they are arriving, when DMX512 signals no longer arrive, the LSM2 revers to EDSaP dimming, EDSaP is ActiveLED's patented digital dimming system.
ActiveLED® Technology
The state-of-the-art electronics of the ActiveLED Power Source monitor current and temperature of the substrate to assure maximum performance under the prevailing environmental conditions.
The 1734 Power Source has 3 methods employed to protect the device during high voltage events and has been proven to be more robust in sites where frequent lightning events affect electronic equipment.
ActiveLED technology achieves a Lumen Lifetime of 90,000 hours (90% Luminous Flux) for all ActiveLED lighting fixtures.
