The ActiveLED® SBF Golden Ratio ShoeBox Light consumes at least 50-85 percent less energy than conventional bulb lighting and has a built-in dusk-to-dawn sensor and integrated Motion / IR Receiver that provide additional energy savings.
With its patented design and superior LED elements, the ActiveLED SBF ShoeBox Light is a reliable light source with a 90,000-hour lumen life, making it a maintenance-free solution for applications where changing bulbs and ballasts can be hazardous and expensive.
Significant additional energy savings from the device's Daylight Sensor and integrated Motion Sensor / IR Receiver features.
The integrated IR Receiver (Passive Infra-Red) allows the IR Receiver (and therefore the attached SBF fixture) to be remotely managed and reprogrammed using the optional ActiveLED Remote Hand-Held IR Programmer.
For example, to keep-up with seasonal lighting changes (Summer versus Winter), the maximum and minimum light levels, timers and dimming parameters of the ShoeBox fixture can be reprogrammed using the remote IR Programmer from a distance of up to 65 feet.

ActiveLED SBF ShoeBox Schematic
The following depicts the SBF fixture configured with the "patterned" glass diffuser and with the optional Extension/ Mounting Bracket attached.
This bracket extends the light fixture 6.5" from the square mounting pole to emulate legacy bulb-technology ShoeBox installations. It is also required if two or more SBF fixtures are to be installed on a single square pole.
The version of SBF fixture shown is configured with a second diffuser for an Xtra-Wide light pattern. The integrated Junction Box is accessed from the recessed part of the fixture.
