A universal extension adapter for attaching an ActiveLED^® Street / Parking Lot / Trail or Dual-Head Light to a Square Pole, moves the light fixture 6.5" from the pole. Also suitable for mounting the light fixture to a vertical wall or flat surface

Certain Street / Parking Lot / Walkway applications require a light fixture to be attached to a square pole but extended away from the pole by 6.5". For example, when two or more fixtures are connected to one pole, particularly at a 90 degree right-angle to each other.

All of the ActiveLED^® Mast-Mounted Street / Parking Lot / Trail lights are designed and manufactured with a common mounting plate and mounting hole pattern, so the ActiveLED Extension Kit can be used to attach any of these LED light fixtures to a square pole, extending the light fixture 6.5" away from the pole.

Installing the Extension Kit is a very simple and straightforward process.
One side of the Extension Kit attaches to an ActiveLED Street / Parking Lot / Trail Light with two high-tensile bolts and the other side of the kit then attaches to the square pole using two additional high-tensile carriage bolts - all bolts included in the Extension Kit.

The Extension Bracket is suitable for use with square steel poles. Also suitable for mounting the light fixture to a vertical wall or flat surface.

The Extension Bracket is sufficiently robust that it will even support an ActiveLED Dual Head Street Light (two lights on a single mounting), see separate ActiveLED Dual Head datasheet for more details.

The schematic below includes the dimensions of the multiple universal holes on the pole-side of the extension bracket, as well as a side view of the bracket attached to an ActiveLED street light at one end and an existing pole / mast at the other end.
